For a privacy or personal-data request, email gamayun.medialab@gmail.com with the subject Stairwell Zero Data Request.
What to include
- Your request type: access, correction, deletion or another applicable privacy right.
- Enough information to identify the support interaction or service concerned.
- Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Third-party platforms
Some information is controlled directly by Google or another platform provider. Where a request concerns data held solely by that provider, you may need to use the provider's own privacy tools or request process.
