Public bug reports

Use the Stairwell Zero GitHub Issues page for reproducible bugs that do not contain private information.

Please include the game version, device model, Android version, what happened, what you expected, and clear reproduction steps.

Private support

For purchase problems, privacy requests or anything containing personal information, email gamayun.medialab@gmail.com.

Purchase problems

Restart the game and use Restore Purchases first. If access still does not appear, contact private support. Do not post Google Play order numbers in a public GitHub issue.

Advertising problems

If a rewarded ad completes but the promised reward is not granted, report the placement, approximate time, game version and device model. Do not repeatedly retry purchases or alter account data while troubleshooting.
