1. Who we are
Stairwell Zero is developed and published by Gamayun Outsourcing Limited under Gamayun Media Lab. Privacy enquiries may be sent to gamayun.medialab@gmail.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy describes data handling connected with the game, advertising, Google Play purchases, diagnostics, support and store operation.
3. Platform and third-party services
The Android release may use services such as Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads and platform diagnostics. Depending on the active release SDK configuration, those services may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate usage information, diagnostics, purchase status and fraud-prevention signals. The Google Play Data Safety declaration must match the SDKs actually included in the published build.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. The game may retain entitlement state required to apply purchased access, such as Ad-Free or Full Building access. Prices, taxes, refunds and regional availability are governed by the platform store.
5. Advertising
The game may contain rewarded advertising and interstitial advertising. Rewarded ads are optional. The Ad-Free entitlement is intended to remove forced/interstitial advertising; optional rewarded opportunities may remain available.
6. Support
If you contact support or submit a GitHub issue, the information you provide may be processed to investigate and answer the request. Do not post purchase order numbers, email addresses or other personal information in public GitHub issues. Use email for private account, purchase or privacy matters.
7. Retention
Local save data and settings may remain on the device until the app data is cleared or the game is uninstalled. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to handle requests, maintain records and prevent repeated abuse or fraud.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data. See Data Requests.
9. Children
Stairwell Zero is not designed for children. Store age ratings and availability are determined by the applicable platform listing and content-rating process.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when the game, SDK configuration, advertising, purchases or support systems change.
