Privacy requests for ON IMPACT
How to make a request
Email gamayun.medialab@gmail.com with the subject line “ON IMPACT Data Request”. Describe the request and provide only the information reasonably needed to identify previous support correspondence, if any.
Local game data
ON IMPACT does not require an online player account. Game progression and records are stored locally on the device. If you want to delete that local data, Android's app-storage controls or uninstalling the game will normally remove it. This action may permanently erase game progress.
Data held through support
If you have contacted us by email, we may hold your email address, correspondence and information you voluntarily supplied. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Third-party services
Google Play and advertising services operate under their own privacy controls and retention rules. Requests relating to data controlled directly by those services may need to be made through the relevant Google account or privacy tools.
Verification and legal retention
We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request. Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or maintain essential records.
