Bug reports

Please include, where possible:

ON IMPACT version/build number.
Your device model and Android version.
Whether you are using the Free or Premium edition.
What happened and what you expected.
Steps that reproduce the problem.
A screenshot or short video if it helps explain the issue.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Progress and save issues

ON IMPACT currently stores progression and records locally. Do not clear app storage or uninstall the game as a troubleshooting step unless you accept that local progress may be lost.

Store or purchase issues

If a Google Play transaction is involved, restart the game and confirm you are signed into the Google Play account used for the transaction. If the issue remains, contact support and include the Google Play order number. Do not post order numbers publicly.

Response information

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Complex device-specific or platform issues may require additional diagnostic information or a future game update.
