Terms of Use

1. The game
These terms apply to ON IMPACT, a video game developed and published by Gamayun Outsourcing Limited under Gamayun Media Lab.
2. Personal use
You may install and use ON IMPACT for personal entertainment in accordance with the rules of the store or platform through which you obtained it. You must not use the game unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass store payment or entitlement systems, or distribute unauthorised copies.
3. Intellectual property
Except for third-party material used under its applicable licence, ON IMPACT, its original code, game content, text, branding, presentation and other original material are owned by or licensed to Gamayun Outsourcing Limited. No ownership rights are transferred to the player.
4. Free and Premium editions
ON IMPACT may be offered in Free and Premium editions. Editions may contain different maps, vehicles, scenarios, career access, cosmetic content or other features. The store listing for the edition you obtain forms part of the description of that edition.
5. Store transactions
Any purchase made through Google Play is processed by Google Play and is also subject to Google's applicable store and payment terms. Digital purchases do not provide physical goods. Statutory consumer rights and any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
6. Advertising
The Free edition may include advertising. Advertising formats and availability may change between versions. Where privacy consent or choices are legally required, advertising must operate subject to the applicable consent configuration.
7. Local saves
Progress and records may be stored locally on the device. Clearing app storage, resetting the device or uninstalling the game can remove local save data. Unless a future version expressly provides cloud saving, players should not assume that local progress can be recovered after deletion.
8. Updates and availability
We may update the game to fix defects, adjust balance, improve compatibility, add or remove content, or comply with platform requirements. Online store availability and compatibility can change over time.
9. Disclaimer and consumer rights
We aim to provide a functioning game but cannot promise that every device configuration will be error-free or continuously supported. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, remedy, liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the player's country of residence.
