1. Who we are

ON IMPACT is developed and published by Gamayun Outsourcing Limited under Gamayun Media Lab. For privacy and support enquiries, contact gamayun.medialab@gmail.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how ON IMPACT handles information in relation to gameplay, local save data, advertising where enabled, Google Play services, store transactions and support requests.

3. Local game data

ON IMPACT does not require a player account. Game progression, records and settings are stored locally on the device. The current game does not upload those local save files to Gamayun Outsourcing Limited.

Local game data normally remains on the device until it is cleared by the user or removed with the app. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may permanently remove local progress.

4. Third-party platform and advertising services

Depending on the edition and release configuration, ON IMPACT may use Google Play services and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Those services may process device or app identifiers, IP-derived information, advertising information, diagnostics, interaction data, purchase or entitlement status, and fraud-prevention signals as necessary to provide their services.

Where advertising consent is required, the release configuration may present a consent or privacy-choice message before personalised advertising or related storage is used.

5. Advertising

The Free edition may display advertising where advertising is enabled in the release build. Advertising availability, format and frequency may change between versions. Advertising services are provided by third parties and are subject to their own privacy practices.

6. Store transactions and editions

ON IMPACT may be distributed in Free and Premium editions. If a paid download, upgrade or other transaction is offered through Google Play, payment processing is handled by Google Play. Gamayun Outsourcing Limited does not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play.

7. Developer analytics

The current ON IMPACT game logic does not use a separate developer-operated gameplay analytics account or player-profile service. Platform or advertising SDKs may still perform service-related measurement or diagnostics as described by their providers.

8. Support messages

If you contact support, we may process the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, device model, Android version, screenshots, video, crash details, or Google Play order information. We use this information to answer your request, investigate technical problems, and handle store or privacy enquiries.

9. Retention and deletion

Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Local game data is controlled on your device. ON IMPACT does not provide an in-game online account that requires account deletion.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. To make a request, email gamayun.medialab@gmail.com with the subject line “ON IMPACT Data Request”.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated if the game, advertising configuration, store services, SDKs or support systems change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
